2016 Update: We are offering free 30 minute consultations for family based adjustment, TPS, and Naturalization cases only, in English or Espagnol. We are also involving in a number of asylum cases. Please contact us if you think you may qualify for asylum.

 

2015 Update: We are handling  deportation and removal cases in Charlotte. While we have not seen a significant amount of  local detentions in recent months, persons out of status are still subject to ICE Holds if picked up by law enforcement.

 

We have not observed significant enforcement of the Illegal Immigration Act at the local level since approximately 2009. However, the firm is currently advising clients on compliance and internal auditing in preparation for future enforcement efforts and other immigration compliance matters.
